Why can't I locate a symbol on my account?

Brokers sometimes update the symbols that can be traded on your account, when this happens it leaves the account symbol list outdated on our end. If your broker added new symbols or changed the list, you can update it on our platform. To do so go to the (accounts page)[https://my.socialtradertools.com/account], select the problematic account, go to login credentials and press update without changing any of the settings.
