Yes, you can create a copier with one Lead (Copy from) account and many Follower (Sent to) accounts.
You can have as many Follower (Send to) accounts on one Lead (Copy from) account as you wish, there is no limit.
For example;
Copier 1: Account A can copy to only Account B Copier 2: Account B can copy to Account C,D,E
