Please ensure that the trade copier is enabled. If the problem still arises, go to the trade copier's log to see what error message is displayed, and refer to the Error FAQs.
To turn on the copier go to Configurator > Trade Copier > Click on the Account connection button left of the account configuration button to enable/disable your copier.
